  1. Interesting post but I am a bit surprised by Silvano Follador’s standpoint. If I am not mistaken he makes, or maybe used to make, a bottlefermented prosecco. Not a col fondo but following the champagne method. Great wine by the way. So is Bele Casel’s col fondo
