Enjoy reading your blog, good sir. I learn so much from it. The caption to the photo is a reference to going down to the cellar to bring up an old treasured wine, yes… here and there, in cold pockets of remembrance, whispers out of time.

Leaving a “generous” tip for that wine service is absurd. I know you feel a certain loyalty to the wine service teams but if they are too arrogant to even acknowledge their ineptitude then surely you must not reward them?
