When Franco saw me taking pictures of my food yesterday, he made that wide smile of his: “Food porn, no?”
The seafood risotto at the Masseria Le Fabriche (just a few kilometers from the Ionian sea) was SENSATIONAL last night and the fried jumbo shrimp and calamari rings the best I’ve ever had…
Fritto Misto in Puglia is one of the best reasons to buy the plane ticket. I love your posts
Man we need to get here together soon! Will b super fun. :)
Hi Jeremy,
I am thousands of miles away and the food described in your recent posts makes me homesick. I wonder…do you have any time and space (in your stomach and palate) for the wines? Only joking!
Please extends my envy to Franco, who, by the way looks relaxed and cheerful in your picture. I think tha Puglia is a good therapy for both of you.
@Nelle Nuvole I decided to wait until after the trip to post about the wines. You can imagine the reason why! Tonight, at the presentation of the awards, we meet all the producers!
Apulia is awesome and while I’m lovesick and homesick for my Tracie P, Franco seems to be very happy here… It’s true: it’s good for him.
Hope to see you soon! Thanks for the comment.
