Jeremy: Your presentation at Tony’s was excellent in every respect. Glad you and Scott at Tony’s came up with some California wines you like to accompany the fabulous fare at Tony’s. Fortunately for me, I love the elegant, higher-acid, lower alcohol wines you love, and I love the 14.5% alcohol, fruit-forward, bold, rich California reds. Depends on what food you’re having with them!!! For example, roasted duck with red Burgundy or a Pomerol. But roasted duck with cherry sauce (and cherries), North Coast Pinot Noir or Merlot.
