		<description><![CDATA[Jeremy, Jermey, Jeremy....What else but an East Texas grape: Blanc Du Bois as a dry wine, but if you kick it up with some chili pepper, go semi-sweet. 

Normally, I would go with Haak, but since you are in East Texas you might also find some Tara Vineyards BDB too.
