They make a top flight Dolcetto that is surprisingly elegant and which has always been impressive. On the note of your white Nero d’Avola post, they also vinify a white Pelaverga which is worth seeking out; straw-yellow, white flowers and nice minerals.

Thought I would mention that we have the entire line of Lini’s on at the new Vivace (as a flight with cured meats) and they are doing really well.
