One of the problems, as I see it, is that some folks just have a mind set and then go about proving it to the world, and often it doesn’t have a basis in science or factual reality. The whole yeast debate had me rolling!

Before he died, Buckminster Fuller told me, face to face, that “anything nature let’s you do is natural.”

Anyway I enjoyed reading some of it. But then I like to watch paint peel.
