		<description>Now this which I found oddly is a Signor Blog entry...I once met Veronelli. He was blind by that time and he spoke about how what he missed most was seeing the outline of a friend&#039;s face. It was very touching.</description>

Thumbing through an older copy of Veronelli&#039;s &quot;The wines of Italy&quot; (before 1965), there is little or no mention of small barrels. The last forty years has been a like a thousand in terms of progress. Thanks for the passion that winemakers in Italy, and many of us, still have for a natural wine that displays its territoriality, proudly.</description>
